I am trying to locate a source for unflavored white floss sugar to use in making cotton candy. It seems that all that I find are colored and flavored. I am working with a high class chef who wants to devise his own flavors Can someone help?
hello,what you need to use is a very good pure cane sugar to make a no flavor white cotton candy.
