Unfair homeowners association board members

what can I do about decision voted on by board members were pregidous and they never considered a lower bid because they felt sorry for higher bid person and could have saved the association$800.00.

The first thing is to read the bylaws of the association and see if they contain a section on how to overturn a board decision. Second take a petition around to the homeowners regarding this decision and get them to sign it, then present it to the board. Try and impeach the board. See a Lawyer.
