I got arrested in Georgia for underage possession. They stopped me driving and asked me to take a breath test at 5:00pm on a Sunday afternoon. They said I measured .01. I am 20 years old turning 21 next month. I know .02 is DUI for minors, but how can they charge me with possession for .01. There were no containers of alcohol in my possession or vehicle...just the reading on the breath analyzer.
