Jen, read what you wrote above. Why can't you do this does not have the same meaning as "why can't I do this."
and
"you seem not to be able to do anything"
does not have the same meaning as I seem not to be able to do anything. I'm sorry I misunderstood but you need to be more clear when making a statement or asking a question.
