Why am I getting an error when i try to send an email;

the error is

"The message was not sent because of an error

the message connot be sent

If this problem continues,please see our technical support information"

 

i don't see any info for this error

Does anyone have a clue

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer because I am getting the smae error message and it is driving me crazy.  I hope someone can help.
