Wisdom begins in wonder
What is conidered to be the Ultimate knife for a commercial fisherman. Fishing medium size fish like Cod, or Haddock. I know about the San Mai III knives Cold steel is producing and one of´em looks preety appealing, the Master Hunter San Mai III. But does anyone hafe any reccomandations. Because what I am looking for is the one considered to be the best.
I use the “Sisu Hunting Knife” it is a VG-1 San Mai III® Stainless steel hunting knife, its blade is half an inch shorter then the “muster hunter” but it is a very good, reliable, and comparable knife for fishing needs.
But it is much more expensive!

I found one excellent, it is the Cold Steel Master Hunter San Mai III knive.
