Why U.S. Presidents Promise Decent Healthcare , But We Don't Never Get A Healthcare Passed?

Since Bill Clinton was U.S. President there was a healthcare promising to be passed , Here we 17 years later And their still trying to pass a healthcare that would help benefit everyone and give people peace at mind, What's your views concerning this matter?

i've heard from news that President Obama is hot on reforming healthcare systems for Americans. He wants to bring down cost and improve the quality of health care in the US, plus provide health insurance to an estimated 50 million poor Americans, including children, who have no coverage or are underinsured. I'm saying that lets keep our fingers crossed and hoping it will and will not be just a plan at all but a continuous goal.
