Almost all of the people I know have had recurring infections URI or Bronchitis like in the past couple months. I have taken two different antibiotics,with 10 days in between and now am getting sick yet again..... I am allergic to most antibiotics, is anyone else seeing this?

i too have been getting sick more frequently in the past year or so! i started taking supplements for uri and bronchitis (that is, supplements rich in vitamins and minerals that help treat and prevent such colds) and have began to see somewhat of a change! you can find more info on what supplements you should be taking on

this site over at the Dietary Supplement Information Bureau.
