How well is the Sure Start program (for young children and their parents) working in the UK? What programs does the US government -- or state governments -- offer like Sure Start?

information for you about the sure start program. i think that the only way to really know how well it works is to find some people who have been a part of the program and to see what they say. i hope this helps.
