Barbara, Only people on social security or disability received that payment. If you are not collecting either, then you did not qualify. If you are on social security and did not receive your payment, call social security. They can probably tell you where to call to inquire about it. The payment was automatically deposited into the persons bank account. Are you sure you did not receive it? Check with your bank first.
