Hi Tom. Thanks for replying. I guess I should have included in my question that I had already done that. I also emptied the trash and sent mail folder thinking perhaps that was contributing to the problem. Since posting my question, I've learned that my husband also has been unable to send emails. That leads me to believe this is an AOL webmail problem and not on our end since we're working from separate computers (and multiple computers). Not willing to pay for customer support to have it resolved though - will switch to another free email service before doing that. :)
