Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
You raised an excellent question. I am able to give an 8 hrs lecture about it. There is a theory named
TORI
that says, in short:
T
rust is the base of any good relaion. Trust is the base of the pyramid that any good relation is built on. Only if trust exists than comes the rest (

I
nterelationship). If I need to summarize the book "The Customer as a Butterfly" (Written by 2 American Proffesors. Ladies.... don't remember the names ..... One is Iman Swaft [not sure]) I'll do it in one sentence: "Trust is the most important factor in any business". Trust is like a bank acount, you build your crediability slowly slowly, step by step, but you ruin it in one bad move !
My definition of trust
: "The ability to believe that what you are told is 100% true, a promise will be kept, the person will not let you down, in case of doubt the person will go an extra mile for you".
Only experience will teach you to identify who is a trustfull person. In any case you give trust step by step, each time more, and only if that person desrves to pass to the next step. That's the way I manage my trust relations. Once a person looses his trust I simply delete his name from my list (no business, no friends,.... ).
Best regards,
