Does Trimspa work? I heard a lot of people are using the pills , anyone here tried it ?

Work hard or go home.

I don't think Trimspa works. I think it's like taking a bottle of caffeine pills at one time; almost like speed, gives you lots of energy but doesn't teach you anything about lifestyle changes, such as eating healthier and working out on a regular basis.
