You need to clarify your question. Are you talking about trimming the fat off of meat before cooking? Or are you talking about going on a diet and trimming the fat off you? Or are you using "trimming the fat" in figuratively speaking meaning to cut back on expenses?

Hi,

I'm an expert on burning fat. I had a huge stomach so I can tell you that the solution is easy:  nutrition and workout.  I stress nutrition, that made 90% of my success: minerals, vitamins, PROTEIN, all nutrients in a calorie-controlled program (no starving allowed). I used a personalized program to do it. Regarding workout, make sure you do go about targeting fat loss exercise.  That doesn't happen.  You need to do cardio, the type of workout that makes you lose fat all over the body. I have some before - after pictures at http://www.lose-it-now.net/burn-stomach-fat/

Its so easy. Its just not easy to accept that it takes a change in lifestyle.

Work hard at it, and keep doing it. And quit trying the easy stuff. Go to the gym, bust your butt, and DONT EAT CRAP; EVER!

The Best Methods for Burning Belly Fat

Use bodyweight exercises to warm-up, strength training supersets to build muscle, and then finish your workout with interval training to burn fat in a short amount of time. I've structured my system so that you are in and out of the gym in 45 minutes, three times per week.

You'll do 5 minutes of bodyweight exercises to warm-up. This is a much more efficient approach than spending 5 minutes walking on a treadmill, which really doesn't prepare you for anything except more walking on a treadmill.
