It looks like Skittles were used for the "leaves", but M&m's would probably work too. For the tree try this: Use royal icing as "glue" to stick together pretzel rods. It may need to set over night. Then ice the trees with chocolate icing. The "leaves" should stick to the icing. You could use candy corn for a Halloween tree. Good luck.
