In my day job I write about Blood Pressure Treatment and treat those who suffer from blood pressure problems. I also have a special interest in the problem of feeling Tired All the Time and in those who suffer from chronic fatigue or lethargy. This seems to tie in also to skin care issues or skin treatment problems and suggestions. Tiredness and fatigue can lead to major problems for many individuals in modern society and the way that this can affect all areas of general health can be quite invasive in terms of daily life and coping skills.

My work with footballers and athletes leads to a focus on Painful Shoulder conditions and on the problems associated with frozen shoulder or whiplash injuryRotator cuff injury causes problems for many of my patients.

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip  My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona. I just love European travel in all its forms.

Once a week take a milk bath it will nourish and smoothen your skin. Mix two table spoons of milk powder in your bucket of water and use it for bathing and rinse with plain water in the end. There are many helpful tips to cure dry skin at  http://useinfo-dryskin.blogspot.com/

How to Cure Dry Skin with Natural Treatments

  • Drink regularly a glass of warm milk mixed with 2 teaspoons of almond oil.
  • Blanch lemon grass and drink several times a day.
  • Blanch scented geranium leaves in boiling water, strain, cool and use as a face wash.
  • Apply avocado paste on the skin.
  • Apply baby oil on the dry skin
  • Rub coconut oil or avocado oil on the afflicted area.
  • Home remedy for dry skin: smear honey on your body and wash after 5 minutes.
  • Fill up a tub with milk and warm water and dip in.
  • Blend oatmeal, Vanilla extract and baking soda. Add to a tub with warm water and sit in for 30-60 minutes.
  • For dry cracked skin: Apply glycerine oil on dry hands and feet.
  • After shower, dry and put regular sesame oil on skin.
  • Natural treatment For dry hands: Rub oatmeal on hand, wash and put hand cream.
  • Make sure you drink enough water daily and take evening primrose oil, 2 caps of the strongest kind daily.

Itchy, dry skin is more than irritating. It is annoying. It can also make you nervous while at the same time make your skin red and scaly looking. But what can you do to treat and prevent this very aggravating and common condition from occurring and reoccurring?

Here are a few more suggestions for prevent dry skin in the first place:

1. Cover your face and body when it is windy outside.
2. Wear gloves when the temps begin to drop or when you are gardening.
3. Don't go barefoot often. It is hard on the bottom of your feet.
4. Use gentle exfoliating treatments to remove dead skin.
5. Moisturize daily, if possible twice with Shea Butter
6. Wear that sunscreen, even in the winter.
7. Bath in lukewarm water, using mild soaps.
8. Don't overuse antibacterial soaps.
9. Drink water
10. Eat healthy and don't forget those fruits

Remember dry skin makes us appear dull and can cause us to age quicker. Do what you can to keep that skin soft and moisturized.

Use herbal products to avoid chemical in your skin.. Drink 8 glass of water everyday, don't expose your skin too much under the sun, take  a bath everyday, use lotion with uv protection when going on the beach/resort.
