Talk to your PCP so that they can refer you to a Ear, Nose, Throat specialist.  They can guide you to do a sleep study.  Once that is done you will be able to know what your options are.  They can range from CPAP machine to surgery.  It depends on why you are snoring.  Sometimes it is just allergies and those nose strips will solve the problem.  Get it checked out sooner then later.
