Spraying cold water belongs to the past. recent researches had shown that it might cause a relative hypothermia.

I am a Paramedic, the correct answer to this question is: "Rapid Cooling"; remove clothing, and cover person with ice-water soaked sheets. Body temperature should be lowered only to 102 degrees to prevent over-cooling and putting the person into hypothermia. "Administer Oxygen". "Establish an I.V."; Saline or lactated ringers- WIDE OPEN. "Monitor EKG"; Cardiac dysrythmia's could occur at any time. "Monitor Core Temperature". So in other words, of course call an ambulance.
