Lactobacillus Acidophilus

The most effective of all home remedies for yeast infection is the living bacterial culture lactobacillus acidophilus, which is found in yogurt. Take concentrated capsules or pills of lactobacillus acidophilus along with eating plain yogurt.

However, commercial yogurts that contain many additives may not contain any living bacteria. You must choose unflavored yogurt and look at the label to make sure that what you are buying contains living or viable yogurt cultures.

Oatmeal Bath

Another one of the better home remedies for yeast infection is Colloidal Oatmeal. It may not cure the problem but should relieve some of the discomfort. Colloidal Oatmeal is ground to a fine powder which enables it to stay suspended in water. Added to a warm bath, it's very soothing for itchy, irritated tissues.

Calcium

Studies have shown that a significant number of patients with yeast infections are deficient in calcium. Take 1500 mg. per day.

Caprylic Acid

Take as directed on the label. Another one of the more effective home remedies for yeast infection because it attacks the candida organisms directly.

Aloe Vera Juice

Take as directed on the label. Aloe vera juice is known to increase the white blood cells' capabilities of attacking yeast cells directly.

Biotin

Biotin restricts the growth of yeast directly, making it one of the best home remedies for yeast infection. Take 300 mcg. three times a day.

Aloe Vera Gel

To relieve itching, apply it topically to the affected area.

Apple Cider Vinegar

One of the most soothing home remedies for yeast infection, add 3 cups of apple cider vinegar to your warm bath water and soak for at least 20 minutes.

On   one  social  site , I   knew people from them sites  were  so  biased , Like  they call  males weird for   answering females  problems ,  Why  some people think  they  way  they  do , Is  beyond  me?
