Trax Tree Stand Company - used in deer hunting -located in Southeastern USA

I purchased a treestand for hunting deer many years ago, from the Trax Tree Stand company. I cannot locate them any more and the address and phone numbers do not work. Does anyone know what happened to the company, and were there any spareparts for sale from the former manufacture?
