Travel card or oyster card?

I'm from Italy. I'm staying in London from 3 to 6 (leaving in the morining)dicember and visit only the 1-2 zone. Is it better to buy a travel card or an oyster card?

I would say an Oystercard, but you can read the difference between the 2 here;
