hi, i'm new in Qatar and i'm planning to go for holiday, i came here last Jan. 23 as a worker and i'm planning to go for holiday on July. Is there any rules that i can't go out of the country without a year of working here.?

This web site from the Embassy of Qatar lists what you can and can not do once you are in Qatar under a working visa. There are no restrictions as to leaving the country during the year that you plan on staying there. To be 100% sure I would contact them through this web site.
