Transporting fresh flowers

I will be transporting fresh flowers in vases and bouquets from Cleveland Ohio to Columbus Ohio (2 hour drive) on 5/30/10 for my daugther's wedding.  I need advise on how to pack them and will they be okay without refrigeration?  We will bring them down in the morning for a 6 p.m. wedding.  Thanks for your advise!

"Don't look at your age, but focus on what you can do for the world, share what you have to benefit mankind, you'll succeed if you'll see others you've helped reap success. Share more to earn more".

Wrap your fresh flowers with a polyethylene plastic sheets and put them in a cartoon box but not overcrowd them. Arrange them properly in such a manner that they're comfortably placed.

Those in the vases, you place them too in a cartoon or foam box but put a cartoon or foam divider between each vase not to touch each. Place them fit in  every box so that they'll stay fix in the box.

If you can travel in the evening or early morning the better when the temperature is cold, to lessen the stress of the flowers.

I hope this helps you.

Happy wedding!
