ipod I havol.come a classic, with a low battery. The Apple store will replace it, but I don't want to lose my music. Can I download my current selections onto my computer and then transfer to my new unit? If so how ? Be gentle, I am cyber challenged.
Invention, Design and Development of Useful, Usable & Appealing Things for People
I am truly NOT trying to be a smartass. My experience has been that one of the the Geniuses (that is their actual job title with Apple) in the back of an official Apple Store will either know exactly what to do OR be able to tell you with certainty that it cannot be done. I am a PC user but have bought lots of iPods for my sons over the years and the Apple store has always been able to solve every problem, including rescuing data from one that fell into a salt water marsh and the salt was beginning to corrode the circuits.
Now wouldn't this be a fine ad for Apple...a PC user singing thier praises.
