What is the most efficient way to transfer the contents of my Yahoo Mail account -- both contacts and messages -- to a new Gmail (or Google Mail) account?
I don't know about importing the old mails but about the contacts, you can use this guide -choose export and then csv option (save it on your disk). later on go to your gmail account - click contacts - click eimport and choose your csv file.
