Traffic Accident Skid Chart Application

Facts: Using a Traffic Accident Skid Chart there was 66 feet of two wheeled

skid marks as the rear brakes failed.  Question: What adjustment is made

to the original speed at time of applying the brakes since the chart is based

on all 4 brakes being operative...Only two front brakes produced skid.

Your best bet in getting the answer to this question is to contact the law enforcement agency in your area and try and speak with an accident homicide investigator as he will have the correct answer for you.  I have been out of law enforcement for over twelve years and have forgotten the distance calculations.
