Tower fans

does any one know if a tower fan can act as an amplifer for anything such as a tv, radio or phone.  i have a tower fan pointing toward me when i sleep and a swear i can hear voices talking.  i have no problem with my mental health, so it is not imagined.  any and all information would be appreciated. it is kind of like a news broadcast.  ty
