My aunt lives in Suffolk and her home was totally destroyed by the storm. This is the second time it has happened to them. Will the insurance company give them trouble? Who can they address for help?
I don't see why the insurance company should give them trouble. If they have insurance against such disasters the insurance company has no choice but to pay. It's their bad luck that the storm hit twice, not just your aunt's bad luck.

If the city was declared in a state of emergency, like it was after Hurricane Katrina, your aunt will have no problem getting the necessary funds to repair her home.
