Ask your parents. They are the only ones that might have an interest in your having a truck to drive to school. The other avenue is to go through the financial aid office of the school you are attending. They have a financial interest in your being in school. Other than that, things would be a little tight. Studying doesn't usually require a truck, so it would be a hard sell to the many non-profits and service clubs that provide scholarship support. Regardless of what is advertised, the Federal Government is not Santa Claus.

I think his question is being misunderstood.  I believe he is asking for a stimulus grant to attend a truck driving school.
