don't really need to lose the weight I have, But I would really like to tone up my muscles, is there any special diets or excercises I can do to help me with this?

You need to target your diet to get the body you deserve. A good exercise program without a good diet will get you nowhere. Try Abs Diet for more information
Dieting wont tone tour muscles you need to do some exercises like wieght trainig or Kettlebell routines Acai burn but make sure that you eat plenty of protein
