Tomato concetrate

does anybody understand the meaning of tomato concetrate signs like BX 22 ?

It stands for the percentage of concentration of the contents. You will generally find concentrates ranging from 22 to 30. This means that more water hence more tomato sauce will result from 30BX while 22BX will require less water but will yield less tomato sauce.
