leaf laws, my neighbors leafs are blowing and piling up in my yard, im 52 and disabled , ive cleaned raked & mulched 5 times because of thet;re leafs . im not physically able to continue doing this but cant stand the mess . they wont rake the leafs from the trees in they;re yard so they blow over on mine. is there anything i can do legally?

The falling of leaves and the wind blowing is a natural act of God and there is no legal protection against acts of God....Remember, if the wind blows in the opposite direction, your leaves pile up in his yard.....then they are his problem.
