Tired and needing to lose weight

I ama breast feeding every two hours all night long and have been for nearly four months. I am exhausted and still have at least twenty pounds to lose. What should I be eating to give me energy and allow me to get the weight off?

Here's a great article on how to lose the baby weight. Be sure and check with your doctor first though! Congrats on your new baby!
