Tips for working correctly with my Laptop

I work a lot with me Laptop and from what I know it is very bad ergonomics. I assume that  keeping this  long enough will damage my health. Any good tips ? Anything I can do to  lessen the damage?

Well, place the laptop at a distance convenient for viewing and buy an external keyboard and place it at a distance convenient for typing. I think the issue is more about the choice of both ergonomic and affordable desk and chair than the laptop itself.

Whenever you are home, use an external monitor, keyboard and mouse, preferably connected via a docking station for easy removal.

when traveling, you can use a mobile , flexible keyboard and a small mouse.

I found this link somewhat helpfull:

and BTW, thank you for asking - you've made me more aware of my own (non-ergonomic) use of my laptop
