Tips for quick but safe weight loss

Hi. I'm going to a wedding in a couple of weeks and want to look my best. Are there any quick but safe and healthy ways to lose some extra pounds before then? I do not have a ton of time to exercise so need something that mostly focuses on diet.

Great information on health, diet, and exercise: www.mattmetzgar.com

You should look into the Paleo diet (www.thepaleodiet.com).  Its moderate levels of carbs will probably help you lose some water weight as well as fat.  But there's only so much you can do in a two-week period.

Honey, you will probably not like my answer, but here goes.

In two weeks there's nothing you can do except start a healthy lifestyle, which won't gurantee any weight loss.

Even if you fast for 10 of these 14 day, you wouldn't lose enough to make a difference appearance-wise, but you would greatly damage your health.

For a great look at the wedding - but great clothes, and make sure they're the right size.

There are a whole bunch of diets that promise fast weight loss on a
short amount of time. like this one: http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/

Basically they are all based on the same thing - eat much less then you usually do... It's unhealthy and most chances you'll gain the weight, plus a couple of extra pound, in the few days after the wedding, but if it's very important for you you can give it a shot.

Over all this diet is meant to be kept for a week or two but not more then that because then you will cause some damage to the body.
