Tips for the pickiest eater alive

I don't like the taste of a lot of veggies. What's a low cal, low fat way to spice them up or add more flavor to them?

If they don't taste good to you, don't eat them.  Eat the ones you like the taste of.  No vegetable is essential by itself.  Each kind contains varying portions of vitamins and minerals and eating several varieties you like should probably give you all the nutrition you need from vegetables.

Enjoy today; Tomorrow is a promise which may not be kept.

I recently picked up a new bottle of seasoning, it's called 'Vegetable Supreme' from McCormick and I think it's very good. If you toss your cooked veggies with a little bit of butter and sprinkle them with this, I think you may like them!

You can make a dip of plain yogurt and your favorite seasonings. Eat the veggies raw or cooked ( slightly underdone works best), and dip away.
