I am sorry you are going through this . The fact is you can't make her love you and really if you think about it you don't want to even try it will cause you more heartache . She may come back for a short time , but if she is not in love with you she will be gone again . Sad to say but yes it is reality time . You are mourning the loss of her and the death of the relationship. Not much different than an actual death of a spouse , girlfriend or boyfriend , it is a loss .  Give yourself some time , allow yourself to mourn it is part of the healing process .  I know this is easy for me to say , but there is a Woman for you who will return her love to you .  Give yourself some time .
