Tina Fey SNL Sara Palin

Will you watch Saturday Night Live  now that there's no call for the Tinay Fey-Sara Palin performance?

Will they make her a permanent character on the show just to keep the ratings up?

I will definitely keep on watching SNL from now on. I think that the Tina Fey/Sarah Palin parodies have done the show well, and re-captured a lot of interest. I do not think, however, that they can make the Sarah Palin character a permanent. I believe that these parodies only work, based off of real-life situations. Since Palin won't really be in the spotlight so much anymore, there is potential for the parodies to become quite boring and old. I think that SNL should use the success that they have gained off of the Sarah Palin parodies to create new and better characters and skits.

I would continue to watch Saturday night live any way, However I think SNL Ratings would improve if they make Sarah Palin a permanent member of the show, because she certainly has the personality to draw attention and people are drawn to her personality. She would be a hit on a comedy show, however she is not one that I would want to see in a place of leadership for our country.I shutter to think what might have happened to us had she and John McCain won the election.

Why wouldn't you keep watching SNL? I mean, Palin was funny and all (and would make a great permanent addition to the cast) but I don't think it would be a huge blow to see her go.

I don't think SNL is that funny at all normally, but the Palin character was great. I think they should keep it.

Are the rest of the people that answered this questions idiots or am i just misreading this? The question wasn't should THE Sarah Palin join the cast. The question was should the Sarah Palin "character" keep coming back. You people are morons. And hell no. Sarah Palin was a flash in the pan. Let her go...
