I am a woman who (I would hope) has never been cheated on. I have never cheated on anyone I have been in a relationship with. I think that I can get a sense when I can truly trust the person that I am with and vice versa. Any paranoia that I have ever had has been a reflection of my own feelings or the lack thereof! It's usually a good sign that it's time for things to end.
