Time to get weighed

When should I Hop on the scale. Right after I wake up, or just before a gym workout?

God lives for me in rough environments 

it depends on what you wanna see,just awake you're at your lowest weight,because of sweating during the night,and most food digested,i think best is during 2 weeks or so weigh at the same time(after work or so)then you know your average weight,you,re weight also changes during the day because of activities and eating,greetings from holland

Since you are not doing the same thing everyday and not eating the same things everyday.  I recommend that you weigh yourself every morning after using the restroom, but before eating or drinking anything. In my experience, this is the one time of day that all of the factors that affect your weight are most consistent.

You are supposed to weigh yourself in the morning, after you use the restroom, and before you eat.  Once you start your daily routine you will only add the weight of your food you eat, or drink, to your natural body weight.
