Expiration date on Vitamin C - three years late, can I still take them???

Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

General consensus is that they probably won't do you any harm.  But, they probably won't do you any good, either.  Vitamins tend to lose their potency over time, or if improperly stored.
