Tiffany & co commemorative plate circa 1969

Hello. My mother bought a commemorative plate by Royal Staffordshire England. It is also stamped Tiffany&co. The platter is fine bone china with a scalloped edge. Inside is a 50 surrounded by *******above and below the number and inside the 5 the date 1969, inside the 0 is a logo for either broadcasting a journalism. There is a gold rim on the inside and the lettering is also in gold.I have not been able to find anything about this particular plate online and I have been looking for days. Does anyone have any ideas?
