Tie Accesory

I am looking for a tie accesory that I bought at JC Penney about 10 years ago that's used to keep your tie in place. It was like a tie tact with a chain but on one end it had a "grabber" just like your jumper cable would hold on to a battery post. Have you seen one like this?

J.C. Penny - tie tact - the year you bought it - and any other information you might think that would help you find what exactly you are looking for.
