What's a nice girl like me is doing in a place like this ?

Thirst and obesity

I have been told that obesity can be attributed in some cases for not consuming enough water in liquid for and consuming it in foods.

Is it true can some one confuse is thirst with hunger?

I don't know this answer for a fact...but from my experience I believe it is true.  I just hate water and I have to force myself to drink it.  For the past 7 weeks I have been drinking a lot of water, I gave up soda and coffee.  The only other thing I will drink is skim milk, occasionally I will have a crystal light in my water or drink sodium/calorie/sugar free soda (such as Diet Rite or Waist Watchers), but water is the thing I drink most.  I have lost 28 lbs so far!!!!  So I definately think not drinking enough plain water and dehydration lead to obesity for some people.
