Thief of a nieghbor

there was a neighbor selling a above ground pool. i bought it from him. he shortly after needed a place to live and my family allowed him to move in with us. he kept promising to deliver the pool, soon he made a fight break out and used it to move out of our house. we still have no pool but we paid him. what can i do about it?

Write him a certified letter asking him to deliver the pool r a time when you can pick it up. if you pick it up make sure you take an police officer with you. If he doesn't respond wiithin 31 days take out a claim in small claims court..if you don't have a reciept you may have problems so bring all witnesses to court..If you win you can also sue for all court cost..good luck.
