Stuffed mushrooms are always great.  Another yummie treat is water chestnuts wrapped in bacon and microwaved!

Since Thanksgiving is so much about heavy food anyway, it's best to stick to very light nibbles. Crudites (raw veggie bites) and crackers and dip are about as much as you need. The crackers are there because some people will not touch veggies! Between the two and the dip, you'll be covered.

We usually have thanksgiving cookies some time through out the day whether it be a dessert or a snack.
