Thai Visa O question

My wife is a Thai citizen and she works in Thailand. I am an American man. I have a three-month O visa which is a spouse visa. I have a question. If something were to happen to my wife, (passing away), are there any atterny in Bangkok Thailand dealing with helping a person in keeping their three-month O visa.
