This is a little embarrassing...
I have a friend who's afraid he has testicular cancer. I haven't seen "the goods" (we're just friends, and anyway he's gay), but I told him I'd ask if anybody knows how to check if something's wrong.
So does anyone?
Here's a thorough explanation on how to do it. I hope it turns out that your friend is fine.
Warning: testicles are shown on this video, don't watch it if you think it might hurt your feelings.
Kimmie's video strip is helpful but it would be best for your friend to visit his physician so that he could show how to perform a self-examination and answer all his doubts and questions.
there are so many things it could be it safest if he goes to the doctors who should if needed refer him to a hospital for a scan!
my boyfriend had to do this and after a month still hasnt had the courage to ring up and find out his test results
