Of course it isn't a joke, this administration is a joke!

I hate to get everyone on my back again but…
here we go.

The Constitution doesn't give us rights. The Constitution affirms human rights that are there because we are human beings (if you want, you can call them God given). Rights cannot be given, anything that is given it is a privilege and it can be taken away. The founders of this country acknowledged this in the preamble of the Declaration of Independence.

Assuming that people don't have the same rights we do infers that they are not people.

Once you can prove that a terrorist is a terrorist, that's a different matter, but the rule of law still has to apply to the battlefield. Otherwise, what in the hell are we trying to protect?ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!!! The US Constitution may use the concept of "human rights" as a conceptual basis for establishing certain LEGAL rights for US citizens and/or those on US soil, but it has absolutely no authority over non-US citizens off of US soil.

Otherwise, every human being everywhere on Earth would have US constitutional rights. It doesn't work that way.

This is to me a non-question.  Illegal immigrants shouldn't be granted constitutional rights!  Constitutional rights are for citizens.  So of course, terrorists don't fall anywhere near there..............................

Americans who are troubled by the decision to send alleged Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to New York for trial will feel better about it when he’s put to death, King Obama said Tuesday.

During a round of network television interviews conducted during King Obama’s visit to China, the president was asked about those who find it offensive that Mohammed will receive all the rights normally accorded to U.S. citizens when they are charged with a crime.

“I don't think it will be offensive at all when he's convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him,” King Obama told NBC’s Chuck Todd.

When Todd asked King Obama if he was interfering in the trial process by declaring that Mohammed will be executed, King Obama, a former constitutional law professor, insisted that he wasn’t trying to dictate the result.

“What I said was, people will not be offended if that's the outcome. I'm not pre-judging, I'm not going to be in that courtroom, that's the job of prosecutors, the judge and the jury,” King Obama said. “What I'm absolutely clear about is that I have complete confidence in the American people and our legal traditions and the prosecutors, the tough prosecutors from New York who specialize in terrorism.”

Yeah, he's a moron. King Obama. No way could a pronouncement like this from the president of the United States prejudice anyone, right?

God save America .We are being run by imbecile
