A:Terrorism is a political tool. Terrorism dose not serve a purpose if no one knows it is terrorism. No group has come out claiming responsibility - hence it may only be an un-fortunate accident. The French investigation will be able to determine if explosives were used. We will have to wait for the investigation to reach its conclusion. It seems however that on the face of it, the crash may well have other causes.
